Who are Greenlight Movement ‘Members’?

Becoming a member of the Greenlight Movement means that you are part of the official community of practice who use the South African version of  the Greenlight social methodology and adopt the philosophy of this innovative approach to poverty eradication. Apart from being directly involved in this Movement and benefiting from insights and lesson learned, members are able to access layers of data via our mapping platform which is not made available to the general public. Our members are progressive and actively engage in creating real change for real families.

Join us! This country needs change informed by the voices of those we serve, and delivered through people-driven development.

Countries outside of South Africa: In 2023 we start assisting outside our country’s borders. Send us an email.

IMPORTANT

The Greenlight approach is a relational social methodology that creates expectations in those being surveyed. Membership and usage of the approach is only endorsed for those organisations who are actually running poverty-elimination programmes and who intend to use the information resulting from the surveys to do something about it. Using the surveys for research purposes only, or where data generation is the main outcome, is not endorsed.
