Facilitators trained in the Greenlight approach are vital to the process. They conduct surveys in a responsible and sensitive manner, ensuring that confidentiality is upheld. These individuals are the magic in the process. We have a growing database of trained Greenlight Facilitators who are willing to make themselves available to other organisations to conduct surveys and capture data and narratives.
